400ex wont rev past half throttle. Just bought in 03 400ex had a bad starter. My problem is after installing the cam I have a sputter at 1/4 throttle or less. If you drop your needle clip down 1 it will make you more than likley not need that 45 anymore. I can hold the throttle wide open and not hit rev limiter. 20 over and rebuilt the top endit will not start,it will only backfire threw the carb once in a while.
